Responsibilities




  • Working with the Head of Procurement and Procurement Officers to prepare plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies.

  • Following and enforcing the company's procurement policies and procedures.

  • Reviewing, comparing and analysing products and services to be purchased.

  • Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records. 

  • Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.

  • Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.

  • Assist in Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.

  • Assist in Preparing budgets, cost analyses, and reports.

  • Assist in Monitoring, analysis, and evaluation of intelligence to identify value creating opportunities within the supply chain.

  • Support development of category strategies then implement and execute strategy.

  • In conjunction with Procurement manager develop and execute procurement strategies.

  • Assist in developing/ agreeing with internal customer, Service level Agreements, Risk Management programme and appropriate supply.
