  • We are seeking an experienced Sales / Business Development Manager who will be responsible for driving revenue growth and market expansion by leading the development and execution of sales strategies.

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives in the investment and credit facilities sector.

  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to senior management.

  • Stay updated on industry developments, regulations, and best practices.

  • Provide training, mentorship, and support to the sales and business development team.

  • Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.



Requirements




  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, or Sales Manager for at least 3-5 years.

  • Extensive experience in the investment and credit facilities sector.

  • Strong understanding of sales processes, strategies, and techniques specific to investment and credit facilities.

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.

  • Proficiency in CRM software, financial analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.

  • Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
