We are seeking a reliable and highly organizedTrainee Front Desk Executive to handle a range of administrative and clerical duties in support of our daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Reception and guest management
Customer service
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Executive Directors, including handling confidential information, scheduling, and task coordination.
Schedule and organize staff meetings, trainings, and other internal events; prepare necessary logistics and documentation.
Assist with staff recruitment processes, onboarding, documentation, and general HR administrative tasks.
Support procurement processes, maintain records of purchases, and assist in the coordination and evaluation of suppliers and service providers.
Draft and edit various forms of correspondence including memos, emails, letters, reports, and internal documents.
Establish and maintain organized filing systems (both electronic and physical) to ensure easy retrieval and secure storage of company records.
Assist in the management of staff and asset insurance (including HMO), and maintain regular communication with service providers to resolve any issues.
Create and manage a database of the company’s assets (both movable and immovable), ensuring records are up to date and maintenance schedules are followed.
Perform any additional tasks or special assignments as may be delegated by Executive Management.
Requirements
Our ideal candidate is not more than30 years oldand is a graduate from a recognized Nigerian university with a minimum of Second Class Upper Division (2:1) in the Social Sciences, Physical Sciences, or Arts disciplines.
