We are seeking a smart, professional, and client-focused Front Desk / Customer Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact at our high-end residential facility in Ikoyi.
The ideal candidate must be well-presented, articulate, and capable of providing exceptional customer service to residents and guests in a courteous and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and attend to residents, guests, and visitors in a warm, welcoming, and professional manner
Handle all front desk operations including phone calls, inquiries, and visitor logs
Assist residents with complaints or service requests, ensuring prompt resolution
Manage correspondence, packages, and delivery records
Provide administrative support as required
Maintain a tidy, professional, and organized reception area
Report incidents or unusual activity promptly to management
Requirements
Minimum of HND in any discipline
3–4 years proven experience in a customer service/front desk or hospitality-related role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Presentable appearance with good grooming and etiquette
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients
Loyalty, discretion, and a high level of professionalism
Ability to work both morning and night shifts as scheduled
Problem-solving mindset with a calm and composed attitude under pressure
