Job Summary




  • This role is for an Office Assistant who would perform clerical, administrative and research tasks while assisting in researching legal issues, assisting in the preparation of legal documents.



Requirement




  • Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.

  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

  • High attention to detail when handling multiple tasks.



Responsibilities




  • Provide general administrative support to the team (e.g., photocopying, filing, scanning, organizing documents).

  • Assist in preparing and formatting documents, contracts, and letters.

  • Maintain and organize files, both electronic and physical.

  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain departmental calendars.

  • Receive and handle incoming correspondence and ensure timely delivery to appropriate parties.

  • Conduct basic research under supervision, when required.

  • Support case tracking, deadline monitoring, and document management.

  • Liaise with internal departments as instructed.

  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
