Summary




  • We are a business based in Lagos currently looking to hire a Recruitment Officer to work in our office in Ikeja.

  • You will be required to have excellent communications, administration and organizational skills.



Job Description




  • Screening prospective job applicants to evaluate their skills and qualifications

  • Entering job applicants’ CVs and contact details into the company database for future reference

  • Revamping potential job candidates CVs to ensure that they are an excellent match for the client company

  • Producing and posting job adverts that attract appropriate candidates

  • Cold calling companies to promote recruitment services

  • Meeting with new clients to develop and expand business opportunities

  • Headhunting specific candidates for specific job roles

  • Achieving recruitment quotas and business development targets each month.



Job Responsibilities




  • Generate New Employer Leads & Maintain contact with exiting Employer clients;

  • Use of online & social media platforms to source for prospective employees;

  • Online & Site based screening of all applicants and Identifying suitable candidates;

  • Ensure all applicants attending an interview are suitable for the roles;

  • Co-ordinate the interview process with candidates and clients;

  • Review and evaluate current recruitment process to ensure a smooth and efficient service;

  • You will be required to perform any other required task as assigned to this role.



Person Specification




  • Experienced in creating CV's + Cover Letters from existing CV;

  • Experienced in making phone calls to a minimum of 20 contacts a day & documenting the calls;

  • Use of online & social media platforms to generate Leads of prospective Employers;

  • Respond to employee requests promptly and in a professional manner;

  • Strong orientation to achieving team's goals and targets set;

  • Ability to create daily report of operations;

  • Very good level of English Language - both written and spoken;

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

  • Excellent Telephone handling skills;

  • Excellent Computer Literacy & Record Keeping Skills;

  • Excellent Administrative and Organizational skills

  • Ability to work with own Initiative

  • Strong orientation to achieving team's goals and targets set;

  • Willingness to learn and develop;

  • Team player open to share knowledge and to support your colleagues;

  • Call Centre Experience will be an advantage;

  • Professional attitude and orientation to details.
