Job Description




  • As our Digital Marketer, you’ll be responsible for planning, developing, and executing high-impact digital marketing strategies that drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and lead generation.

  • You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Creative, to ensure alignment and effectiveness across all marketing initiatives.

  • This role is ideal for someone who is not only analytical and results-oriented but also deeply creative with a strong grasp of content strategy, SEO/SEM, email marketing, analytics tools, and social media management.



Key Responsibilities




  • Develop, execute, and manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, social, web, PPC, SEO).

  • Analyze data and user feedback to optimize performance and identify growth opportunities.

  • Create engaging content tailored to various digital platforms.

  • Manage paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn).

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure consistent brand messaging.

  • Track and report on KPIs and digital trends using analytics tools.

  • Manage website updates, SEO best practices.

  • Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to keep us ahead of the curve.



Qualifications




  • A minimum of a First-Class Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or any relevant field.

  • Must be a graduate of a highly reputable institution in Nigeria or abroad.

  • A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, CIM, Meta Blueprint) will be considered a strong advantage.

  • Proven track record of driving measurable results through digital campaigns.



Requirements:




  • A minimum of 2-4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.

  • Strong experience in SEO, SEM, content marketing, email automation, and social media marketing.

  • Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant tools.

  • Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a deadline-driven environment.

  • Experience working in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
