Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Outlet Manager to oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient management of cold storage facilities, inventory, and sales. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical and managerial skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage cold room machines and generators with technical teams


• Oversee inventory management using ERP software


• Monitor sales, track inventory levels, and optimize stock


• Ensure accurate bank receipts and financial transactions


• Lead and motivate outlet staff to achieve sales targets


• Maintain high standards of customer service and product quality

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree


• Relevant experience in outlet management or similar role


• Strong technical knowledge of cold room operations


• Proficiency in ERP software and inventory management


• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills


• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills:
