Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications
- Attracting and maintaining a pool of suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums/job boards, social media, etc
- Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions across various industries
- Completing paperwork for new Hires
- Providing recruitment reports to team managers
Job Requirements / Specifications
- Minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or related fields.
- 1 - 3 years work experience.
- Work Experience in a consulting firm is an added advantage.
- Excellent Ability to design and implement recruiting strategies.
- Good Decision-making skill.
- Good Interpersonal Skill.
- Must be available to resume immediately.
Salary
N50,000 - N60,000 monthly.
