Job Responsibilities



  • Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications

  • Attracting and maintaining a pool of suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums/job boards, social media, etc

  • Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions across various industries

  • Completing paperwork for new Hires

  • Providing recruitment reports to team managers


Job Requirements / Specifications



  • Minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or related fields.

  • 1 - 3 years work experience.

  • Work Experience in a consulting firm is an added advantage.

  • Excellent Ability to design and implement recruiting strategies.

  • Good Decision-making skill.

  • Good Interpersonal Skill.

  • Must be available to resume immediately.


Salary

N50,000 - N60,000 monthly.
