  • Drive the cultural and operational transformation essential for the successful integration and adoption of innovative digital tools, including advanced AI-based optimizers, state-of-the-art predictive maintenance systems, and cutting-edge connectivity solutions.

Key Responsibilities




  • Develop and implement a structured change management strategy across plants.

  • Conduct change readiness assessments, identify resistance, and lead engagement sessions.

  • Work closely with process engineers and control room operators to shift mindsets towards AI-enabled operations.

  • Create training content and workshops to increase user adoption of kiln/mill optimizers.

  • Drive communication and feedback loops between digital teams and plant personnel.



Required Skills & Qualifications




  • A bachelor's Degree in Industrial Psychology, Business, or Engineering is required.

  • A Master's Degree in Change Management, Business Optimization, or a related field with proficiency in STEM is highly desirable.

  • 6+ years of experience in change management for digital transformation or IT/OT projects.

  • Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills; ability to influence plant-level stakeholders.

  • Experience in the manufacturing sector (cement, chemical, etc.) is a plus.

  • PROSCI certification or equivalent is preferred.
