Objectives and Responsibilities
Handling customer and partner support arising issues, as regards bugs and performance updates.
Support the engineering team during planning, design, development, installation, maintenance and troubleshooting processes.
Conduct required research and development of best practices.
Analyzing existing systems and operations and developing preventive maintenance strategies.
Coordinating with engineers and crew members to ensure quality products are completed on schedule.
Identify potential problems and notify the relevant stakeholder in a timely manner.
Monitor processes, workers, and methods and develop plans for increasing productivity and efficiency.
Install and maintain hardware, software, and other equipment to meet client requirements, routinely observe operational performance, and install security patches and updates when necessary.
Perform quality control on all products, report writing and recommendations for improvement of products.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in the relevant engineering field or similar.
Minimum of 2 years experience as a technical engineer.
Programming ideas and experience with any framework and language of choice.
Additional certification is an added advantage.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with others
