Responsibilities

• Transport staff, clients, or goods to designated locations safely and on time.


• Regularly check the vehicle's condition, including oil, fuel, tires, and other essential parts, to ensure it's always in good working order.


• Pick up and deliver packages, documents, or materials as required by the company.


• Plan efficient routes to ensure timely arrivals and departures while minimizing travel time.


• Abide by all local driving regulations and company policies.


• Keep all vehicle-related documents up to date, such as insurance, registration, and service records.


• Report any accidents, delays, or traffic issues promptly.


• Help with moving items in and out of the vehicle when required (Assist with Loading and Unloading)


• Perform any other duties assigned by the MD/CEO to ensure smooth office operations.
