Job Summary

• The Compliance Associate ensures the company follows all legal, regulatory, and internal standards, particularly those set by bodies like the SEC, CBN, and FIRS.


• This role helps reduce risk, maintain ethical practices, and support internal compliance efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor adherence to regulatory guidelines and submit reports.


• Conduct internal audits and support AML/KYC/CDD processes.


• Update compliance documentation and track regulatory changes.


• Assist in training, investigations, and maintaining compliance records.


• Offer daily compliance support across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Law, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.


• At least 2 years in compliance, legal, audit, or risk (preferably in finance).


• Knowledge of Nigerian financial regulations.


• Strong analytical, communication, and tech skills.


• Certification in compliance is an advantage.
