Job Summary:
Brit Properties Nigeria Limited is currently seeking a smart, organised, and professional female Front Desk Officer to join our team at our Abeokuta office. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while handling front office operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and attend to clients, visitors, and vendors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries
- Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable
- Handle administrative and clerical tasks as assigned
- Maintain visitor logs and support office coordination activities
Requirements:
- Must be female (for gender balance in the front office team)
- Minimum of HND/BSc in any relevant field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organisational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Abeokuta
- Availability for immediate resumption
