Job Description

• As a site supervisor, you will be responsible for the running of the site operations by managing people, equipment and clients.

Responsibilities

• Carry out a Daily report (WhatsApp and main reports) send a daily site operations report at the specified time.


• Attend daily operations meeting where site challenges are discussed, and tasks are assigned.


• Liaise with shift technicians on the execution of plan maintenance and oversee all maintenance activities, repairs, and cleaning.


• Conduct shift toolbox training & safety briefing with all operators.


• Together with the technician, carry out daily equipment inspection & fault/defect identification and correction.


• Daily availability reconciliation and ensure no downtime.

Requirements

• B.Sc or HND in Sciences or Engineering


• Three (3) years in fleet management or operations management


• Must have worked as an operations supervisor or Manager for at least three (3) years.


• Experience in fleet and MHE maintenance will be added advantage.
