About the Role




  • We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Regional and Operational Manager to lead and oversee our operations across multiple locations within the automotive division.

  • This role is critical to driving operational excellence, sales growth, and efficient distribution of products including 2-wheelers, 3-wheelers, Kargo vehicles, engine oil, and spare parts.



Key Responsibilities




  • Oversee day-to-day operations across assigned branches/regions, ensuring sales and operational targets are met.

  • Manage sales, distribution, inventory, and service delivery for all automotive products (2W, 3W, Kargo, engine oil, and spare parts).

  • Develop and implement regional strategies to drive market penetration and customer acquisition.

  • Monitor and improve operational KPIs – sales performance, stock turnover, service levels, and customer satisfaction.

  • Ensure timely stock replenishment and optimal inventory levels across all locations.

  • Coordinate closely with Sales, Logistics, Customer Service, and Finance teams to align goals and improve efficiency.

  • Lead, train, and motivate branch and field teams; ensure adherence to SOPs and company values.

  • Analyze regional trends and market intelligence to support decision-making and expansion.

  • Ensure full compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and statutory requirements.

  • Regularly report performance, challenges, and recommendations to senior management.



Requirements




  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mechanical/Automotive Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.

  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in regional operations, preferably in the automobile or FMCG sector.

  • Proven ability to manage multi-branch operations with high-volume product turnover.

  • Strong commercial awareness with a clear understanding of the 2W, 3W, engine oil, and spare parts market.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive strategic decisions.

  • Proficient in MS Office and ERP tools.

  • Must be willing to travel extensively across regions.
