  • Support the Sales team in all sales-related and analytical activities.

  • Assist in developing and implementing growth strategies focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.

  • Help identify and pursue new business opportunities, and support the coordination of business generation activities.

  • Contribute to the development of targeted sales strategies and customized proposals.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with current and prospective clients.

  • Assist in creating informative sales presentations and materials; support delivery during client meetings and industry events.

  • Collaborate with management on setting and tracking sales goals, and assist in planning and forecasting efforts.

  • Support efforts to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

  • Help arrange and prepare for business meetings with potential clients.

  • Promote the company’s products and services, addressing client needs and providing solutions.

  • Assist in preparing contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, revenue, invoices, and client interactions.



Required Skills




  • B.Sc / B.A in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field

  • Minimum of 1-year work experience as a Business Development Executive, Sales Executive, or a similar role

  • Prior experience in a vehicle leasing company is required

  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets

  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills

  • Excellent customer support and marketing skills

  • Effective communication skills

  • Exceptional sales and persuasion abilities

  • Strong networking skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office

  • Solid market knowledge

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and active listening skills

  • Ability to build and maintain rapport with clients

  • Strong time management and planning abilities

  • Typing speed of 40 WPM
