Job Summary

• We are seeking a courteous and attentive Waiter/Waitress to provide excellent service to our guests by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a memorable dining experience. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, well-groomed, and able to work effectively in a busy environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.


• Present menus and provide detailed information when asked (e.g., about ingredients, special items, or recommendations).


• Take accurate food and drink orders and deliver them in a timely manner.


• Serve food and beverages according to service standards.


• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on tables regularly and responding promptly to requests or complaints.


• Clear tables, clean dining areas, and reset for incoming guests.


• Process payments and issue receipts.


• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the dining area.


• Assist other team members during busy periods and collaborate with kitchen and bar staff.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.


• Previous experience as a waiter or in customer service


• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.


• Polite, presentable, and professional demeanor.


• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
