Job Description
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILTIES
Responsible to the Power Systems Administrative Manager for the administration of the Headquarters and support to the field sales activities of the Company.
MAIN FUNCTION
- Logistics for physical movement of stock, either to customer, branches or other departments
- Maintain record of stock movement and location
- Maintain record of haulage prices and constant update on prices
- Deliveries of sold and invoiced generator set to customer’s sites.
- Receipt of customer returned unit or unit return from branches and also issuance and maintenance of GRN
- Supervision and monitoring of haulage contractors that handle deliveries from point of loading to delivery to customer site.
- Transfer stocks units to branches and ensure units delivered from various branches to their customers are invoiced before they are released.
- Allocate units for invoicing and reservation according to aging stock.
- Sales invoice processing on MANPRO
- Logistics documentation for sold units and IBT
- Attend to salesmen for all enquiring on stock/sound proofed units availabilities.
- Other activities/responsibilities that may be assigned to me from time to time.

RELEVANT INFORMATION
- B.SC /B.ENG or HND in Engineering. Training in Marketing and Sales Management with Two years of relevant experience. A good mastering of Computer Applications is an added advantage.
