Job Summary

• Are you an experienced Ticketing Specialist with expertise in Amadeus and Galileo?


• We are seeking a detail-oriented professional who can efficiently issue, reissue, and manage flight tickets while ensuring seamless travel arrangements for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle flight reservations, ticketing, and reissues using Amadeus & Galileo.


• Ensure accuracy in ticket issuance, rebooking, and fare calculations.


• Provide excellent customer service for travel-related inquiries.


• Resolve ticketing issues, including refunds and cancellations.


• Stay updated on airline policies, fare rules, and industry trends.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Ticketing Specialist in the travel industry.


• Proficiency in Amadeus & Galileo (mandatory).


• Strong knowledge of airline ticketing, reissues, and fare rules.


• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.


• Preferably male (due to operational requirements).


• Strong communication skills (written & verbal English).
