Role Summary




  • We seek a Business Operations Director -a high-performing, pedigree-backed leader, passionate about scaling businesses, building operational structures, and developing top-tier teams.

  • As senior strategic hier , you’ll drive strategic initiatives, operational excellence, and cross-functional integration while aligning closely with the company’s long-term vision for sustainable growth.



Key Responsibilities




  • Design, implement, and optimize operational strategies aligned with business goals.

  • Spearhead business-wide efficiency initiatives and continuous process improvements.Process Optimization & Systems Management

  • Review and refine core workflows, SOPs, and operational systems to enhance productivity, service delivery, and cost-efficiency.

  • Drive digital transformation and automation initiatives where relevant



Budget & Resource Management




  • Lead operational budgeting, financial forecasting, and resource allocation processes.

  • Ensure effective cost management while meeting operational and financial KPIs.



Cross-Functional Leadership




  • Work closely with Heads of Finance, HR, Sales, Marketing, and Technical teams to ensure operational synergy.

  • Resolve interdepartmental bottlenecks and build cross-functional accountability.



Business performance Management & Reporting




  • Establish and track operational KPIs, performance dashboards, and business intelligence reports.

  • Deliver actionable insights and implement corrective measures proactively.



Risk & Compliance Oversight




  • Ensure strict adherence to regulatory, legal, and quality standards.

  • Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies.



Vendor & Partner Management




  • Oversee vendor, supplier, and third-party contract management to drive operational value and optimize service delivery.



Key Requirements




  • Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from a recognized institution (minimum grade: Second Class Upper / Merit or equivalent).

  • Minimum 5-7 years’ progressive operational leadership experience; electronics, distribution, or Pro AV sector experience will be an advantage

  • Proven track record of developing and scaling operational frameworks and high-performing teams.

  • Strong leadership presence- results-driven, inspiring, and resilient.

  • Demonstrated ability to “get things done” in fast-paced, high-growth environments.Strategic thinker with operational hands-on agility.
