Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum.


• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and creativity.


• Monitor and assess student progress, providing timely feedback and support.


• Maintain clear communication with parents and guardians about learners' development.


• Participate in school events, staff development, and collaborative planning.

Requirements

• A relevant degree in Education (B.Ed, PGDE, or equivalent qualification).


• At least 2 years of experience teaching in a primary school setting.


• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.


• A deep passion for education and child development.


• Familiarity with modern teaching strategies and digital learning tools is an added advantage.
