Responsibilities

• Build new experiences/ designs as per the PRD or User story maintaining a consistent design language


• Present your designs and communicate key decisions to stakeholders for review and incorporate feedback


• Collaborate with the research, product, business and engineering team to build scalable and impactful solutions


• Advocate for the user while understanding product requirements


• Effectively use quantitative and qualitative data to drive decisions and measure success


• Work with the Product Managers to deliver high quality designs with great user experience

Requirements

• 3+ years of design experience in a product company


• Independent worker with strong work ethic


• An understanding of the product development process and customer first mindset


• A strong portfolio demonstrating strong interaction and visual design skills


• Eye for details and a drive to learn from a fast-paced environment


• Experience in consolidating stakeholder and Research feedback and/or insights into your work


• Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholder management


• Ability and willingness to quickly produce concepts and test ideas


• Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, and other design and prototyping tools


• Keep up strong organization skills and the ability to prioritize overlapping tasks/projects


• Maintain a flexible and adaptable attitude to changing task priorities and workload in a fast-paced challenging environment


• Experience with startups and fast-paced environments is an added advantage


• Think conceptually to solve design problems proactively
