Job Description
Responsibilities
- Build new experiences/ designs as per the PRD or User story maintaining a consistent design language
- Present your designs and communicate key decisions to stakeholders for review and incorporate feedback
- Collaborate with the research, product, business and engineering team to build scalable and impactful solutions
- Advocate for the user while understanding product requirements
- Effectively use quantitative and qualitative data to drive decisions and measure success
- Work with the Product Managers to deliver high quality designs with great user experience
Requirements
- 3+ years of design experience in a product company
- Independent worker with strong work ethic
- An understanding of the product development process and customer first mindset
- A strong portfolio demonstrating strong interaction and visual design skills
- Eye for details and a drive to learn from a fast-paced environment
- Experience in consolidating stakeholder and Research feedback and/or insights into your work
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholder management
- Ability and willingness to quickly produce concepts and test ideas
- Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, and other design and prototyping tools
- Keep up strong organization skills and the ability to prioritize overlapping tasks/projects
- Maintain a flexible and adaptable attitude to changing task priorities and workload in a fast-paced challenging environment
- Experience with startups and fast-paced environments is an added advantage
- Think conceptually to solve design problems proactively
