Job Summary

• We’re hiring a Store/Warehouse Officer who knows how to run a tight, well-documented operation — and who’s confident using ERP tools to track inventory and generate stock reports.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record goods in ERP system


• Issue materials using ERP inventory modules


• Track stock balances and update ERP records daily


• Maintain accurate data on item movements and stock levels


• Reconcile physical stock with ERP reports regularly


• Support procurement with inventory data from ERP


• Keep warehouse tidy, secure, and audit-ready.

Requirements

• OND / HND / B.Sc Degree in any relevant discipline


• 2-3 years of store or inventory experience


• Proficient in using ERP or inventory management software


• Solid attention to detail and record accuracy


• Good physical condition and warehouse management skills


• Basic Excel and reporting knowledge.
