Job Summary




  • The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

  • This role involves strategic planning, market analysis, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve the company's business goals.



Key Responsibilities




  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in existing and new markets.

  • Develop and implement strategies for business growth and market expansion.

  • Generate leads, make presentations, and close deals to meet sales targets.

  • Maintain relationships with clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.

  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Negotiate contracts and agreements in line with company policies.

  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align business development strategies.

  • Track sales performance metrics and report on KPIs regularly.

  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to promote the brand.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

  • MBA is an advantage.

  • Minimum of 3 - 5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Good understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.

  • Ability to think strategically and creatively.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.
