Responsibilities




  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand product reach.

  • Identify and secure retail and distribution partnerships.

  • Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, pricing trends, and competitor activity.

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through direct field sales and key account management.

  • Build long-lasting relationships with customers, distributors, and retailers.

  • Report market feedback and insights to guide product and marketing teams.



Requirements




  • 2-3 years of proven sales experience in FMCG (experience with new product launches is a major plus).

  • Deep understanding of market penetration tactics and retail distribution networks.

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.

  • Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven.

  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

  • An existing network of retail or distribution contacts is an advantage.
