Job Description
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Duties
- Identify training needs, plan and deliver same
- Plan and implement training programs for identified sector and teams
- Communicate all the training programs on a timely basis
- Prepare and present reports on training program per KPA & KPI
- And any other as may be assigned
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of First Degree or its equivalent
- Professional Security Certification (ASIS Int’l) would be an added advantage
- 5 years of experience as a Training Specialist or similar role
- 5 years of experience with designing security training programs and workshops
- Ability to lead a full training cycle
- Knowledge of various training and teaching methods
- Good knowledge of talent management and succession planning methods
- Excellent decision making and organizational skills
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
- Outstanding managerial skills
- Great team leader
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and database software.
