To ensure the accurate and appealing arrangement of all bakery, pastry, and food items in the display areas, while maintaining freshness, cleanliness, and product availability in line with Eric Kayser’s brand presentation standards.
Key Responsibilities
Arrange pastries, bread, and other food items in a neat, attractive, and brand-appropriate way.
Ensure all display products are labeled correctly with names and prices.
Monitor freshness and remove expired or damaged items immediately.
Refill and reorganize display shelves as items are sold to maintain a full look.
Clean and sanitize display counters regularly throughout the day.
Ensure all items are properly wrapped or covered to maintain hygiene.
Work closely with the production and service team to know which items are ready and available.
Answer basic customer questions about displayed items when needed.
Handle items gently to avoid breakage or waste.
Report shortages, product damages, or customer feedback to the supervisor.
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess an HND with 1 - 3 years work experience.
Good attention to detail and cleanliness.
Neat appearance and ability to arrange items attractively.
Basic knowledge of pastries and bread is an added advantage.
Willingness to follow brand presentation guidelines.
Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.
Work Conditions:
Long hours standing and restocking display counters.
May be required to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
Close coordination with production, service, and cashier teams is required.
Must maintain calmness and speed during busy hours.
