Job Description

• We seek a passionate Incubation Manager to lead early-stage support for startups in our Centers of Excellence.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage incubation curricula and mentorship programs


• Track progress of incubatees and provide support


• Facilitate access to shared resources and experts


• Organize demo days and pitch events.

Ideal Candidate Should Have

• A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, or a related field


• 3 - 5 years of experience in startup support or innovation ecosystems


• Strong knowledge of business development and early-stage venture needs


• Effective communication and mentorship skills.
