Job Summary

• The Computer Engineer will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of computer systems, networks, and surveillance infrastructure.


• The role includes managing IT infrastructure, providing technical support, and ensuring the smooth operation of CCTV systems across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and network systems.


• Set up and maintain CCTV surveillance systems including cameras, DVR/NVR units, and monitoring stations.


• Monitor and troubleshoot CCTV systems to ensure proper functionality and data retention.


• Perform regular checks and preventive maintenance on CCTV infrastructure.


• Provide real-time support for network and system issues, ensuring minimal downtime.


• Install and upgrade operating systems and business applications.


• Configure and manage firewalls, switches, routers, and wireless access points.


• Ensure security of IT and surveillance systems through access control, encryption, and threat prevention.


• Collaborate with vendors and security teams for surveillance system upgrades or expansions.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.


• 2 – 3 years of experience in IT systems support, networking, and CCTV system management.


• Strong understanding of IP-based CCTV systems, DVR/NVR technology, and video management software.


• Knowledge of network protocols, server systems (Windows/Linux), and cloud platforms.


• Familiarity with access control systems and physical security integration.


• Excellent troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.


• Ability to interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and floor plans.


• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
