The IT Support Personnel will provide technical assistance, maintain IT infrastructure, and ensure seamless operation of hardware, software, and network systems across the company while ensuring compliance with IT policies, regulations, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years’ practical experience in IT support with relevant technical certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, or ITIL is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, Networking, and Intune.
Hands-on experience with hardware and software installations.
