We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive with in-depth knowledge of the real estate market, especially in land and property sales. The ideal candidate should be skilled in generating quality leads, closing deals, and consistently meeting monthly sales targets starting from ₦50 million.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Identify, generate, and convert leads into sales

  • Stay updated with real estate market trends and opportunities

  • Sell residential and commercial properties, including land and properties

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships

  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets



Requirements:




  • Proven experience in real estate sales

  • Strong knowledge of the Lagos real estate market

  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills

  • Target-driven and self-motivated
