Role Summary




  • Our client is seeking a Business Development Manager for the UAV & GIS division.

  • The ideal candidate will have B2B sales experience in the UAV sector and a strong understanding of opportunities within UAV and GIS services.

  • This role involves driving revenue, identifying opportunities, and working closely with deployment experts to close deals.



Responsibilities




  • Drive targeted revenue generation for the UAV & GIS Division

  • Develop new and manage existing customer relationships

  • Identify and seize opportunities across sectors like Agriculture, Construction, Surveying, Oil & Gas, and Security

  • Draft and refine techno-commercial solutions in collaboration with customers and technical teams

  • Oversee solution delivery, ensuring timely execution and managing post-delivery relationships

  • Engage with Executive Management to drive business pipeline

  • Promote the company’s products and services online

  • Analyze KPIs and identify improvement opportunities

  • Stay updated on industry trends and technologies

  • Manage personal schedule and prioritize goals effectively.



Requirements




  • Degree in Business Administration, Surveying, Engineering, or related field

  • 7+ years in B2B technology sales, with at least 3 years in UAV/GIS sales

  • Relevant UAV, GIS, or business development certifications are a plus

  • Experience in sectors requiring UAV services (e.g., Agriculture, Oil & Gas, Infrastructure)

  • Strong knowledge of UAV technology, GIS systems, and industry regulations

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and travel locally/internationally

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
