Job Responsibilities




  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within target markets.

  • Provide technical consultation and product recommendations to clients.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.

  • Build strong relationships with engineers, procurement teams, and technical decision-makers.

  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, logistics, and customer service) to ensure seamless delivery.

  • Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline updates, and client communication in CRM tools.



Job Requirements




  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).

  • 3–5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in industrial or engineering components.

  • Strong understanding of engineering products and how they apply to various industries.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to travel as required to meet clients and attend trade shows.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
