Key responsibilities
Trip Execution and Customer Service
- Safely and efficiently transport clients for intra-city and inter-state trips according to booking schedules.
- Provide a professional, courteous, and respectful service experience to all passengers.
- Assist passengers with boarding, luggage, or other basic support where applicable.
Driving & Road Safety
- Comply with all traffic rules, driving regulations, and safety protocols at all times.
- Maintain a calm, focused, and defensive driving approach, ensuring passenger safety and comfort.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure road worthiness.
Report any vehicle faults, accidents, or incidents immediately to the ProDriva operations team.
Booking Compliance
- Accurately track hours and trips according to the ProDriva billing and reporting standards.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with the ProDriva Operations teams.
Professional Conduct
- Adhere to the ProDriva dress code and conduct guidelines.
- Display excellent punctuality and reliability in all assigned jobs.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding client conversations and activities.
Asset Management
- Handle clients' vehicles with utmost care and professionalism.
Customer Feedback and Service Quality
- Collect feedback from clients (when appropriate) and report to ProDriva Ops team to help improve service quality.
- Resolve minor client concerns politely, escalating serious issues to ProDriva operations.
Others:
- Assist in navigation using recommended routes or ride optimization tools.
- Support ProDriva in promoting referral programs or new service offerings.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND or good SSCE qualifications
- 5+ years Corporate or Private driving experience with zero accidents record
- Valid Driver's license (addition of LASDRI certificate for Drivers in Lagos)
- Possession of Spy Police training is a Plus
- Familiarity with routes in state of residence
- Ability to navigate routes with Google Maps.
