Job Summary:
We need a sharp, reliable, digital-savvy Executive Assistant to support the CEO with operations, client management, lead follow-up, and social media execution. You’ll be the engine behind the engine.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and manage client onboarding and meetings.
- Update and maintain lead tracking sheets (CRM)
- Support content creation and publishing (Instagram, YouTube)
- Coordinate internal team tasks and weekly reporting.
- Handle calendar, email, document filing.
- Monitor client satisfaction and collect testimonials.
- Prepare proposals and follow-up messages to prospects.
Requirements:
- First degree in Business Administration, Communication or a related field.
- 1–2 years’ relevant work experience in admin or operations management preferably in finance, tech or consulting.
- Digitally fluent: Ability to use Google Docs, Notion, Instagram, Zoom.
- Highly organized and professional.
- Confidential: Ability to manage sensitive information.
- Strong communication skills.
