Our client is seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Head – Sales to oversee one of its key centers.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing marketing operations, and overseeing business performance in alignment with strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
Drive lead generation, actively follow up on enquiries, and close sales to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
Manage end-to-end sales and marketing operations of the center, including IT training and solution sales.
Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to boost revenue and customer acquisition.
Lead, recruit, and train the sales team to achieve set targets.
Conduct below-the-line (BTL) marketing activities to increase visibility and customer engagement.
Coordinate with internal teams (technical, academic, accounts, and administration) to ensure seamless service delivery.
Ensure top-line growth and profitability of the center.
Maintain and update the center's digital presence including website, social platforms, and digital marketing campaigns.
Requirements
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field with 5 - 8 years of post-qualification experience in solution sales, with at least 2 years in biometric or access control solution sales.
Proven experience in selling to corporate clients and handling biometric device sales.
Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to understand sales metrics and meet revenue goals consistently.
Good knowledge of digital marketing, networking, routing, switching, and website maintenance.
