Responsibilities




  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed targets.

  • Address team challenges and ensure consistent performance.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Requirements




  • B.Sc / HND Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant field.

  • Proven experience in the same or similar role, preferably in the Logistic/Transport firm and Financial institutions.

  • Strong communication, analytical, problem solving and Leadership skills.

  • Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and other sales enablement technologies.
