Responsibilities




  • Take responsibility for sale, lease and rental of properties under the Company’s portfolio

  • Work with senior management and other Sales executives to develop sales strategies

  • Lead the execution of sales strategies and plans focused on achieving overall property sale, lease and rental targets

  • Build new business relationships and develop existing ones, identifying possible areas to upsell or cross-sellproperties

  • Work with senior management to negotiate sales, lease and rental deals and successfully close agreements to maximize profits

  • Communicate with prospects to understand their needs and collaborate with internal teams to find suitable properties that best fit the individual needs of the customer

  • Oversee arrangements to give prospective buyers view of properties

  • Link and liaise with external agents and drive the sale, lease and rental of properties

  • Work with Property Managers and contribute information required forthe preparation and approval of required documentation

  • Conduct property inspections to ensure terms and conditions of sales are met before closing sales deals

  • Developing the sales team by building product knowledge, providing leadership, training and coaching

  • Give regular progress reports to senior management on sales activities.



Requirements




  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Sales and Marketing, Business adminstration or any related field.

  • 3+ years' property sales experience in a real estate company is a key requirement

  • Extensive knowledge of the real estate industry in Nigeria

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to identify sales opportunities, prospect and close property sales dealssingle handedly

  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key decision makers

  • Ability to engage, build and maintain relationships with clients at all levelsand HNIs

  • Articulate and well-spoken with excellent phone and email etiquette

  • Energetic, enthusiastic and a motivated self-starter
