Location: LASU Road, Iba, Lagos, Nigeria

As our CSO, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive security strategy to protect our people, property, and operations. You will oversee a team of security supervisors, guards, and CCTV operators while coordinating with law enforcement and regulatory agencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and enforcement of mall-wide security policies and procedures.


• Manage security personnel and vendors to ensure full coverage, discipline, and performance.


• Supervise CCTV, access control, and emergency response protocols.


• Investigate incidents such as theft, vandalism, and staff misconduct.


• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations.


• Coordinate drills and safety briefings for staff and tenants.


• Provide regular reports on incidents, risk assessments, and loss prevention.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Security Studies, Criminology, or related field.


• Minimum of 7–10 years’ experience in security management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role in retail, hospitality, or commercial environments.


• Experience managing large-scale facilities with high human traffic.


• Strong understanding of Lagos-based security challenges.


• Proficiency in surveillance systems, security audits, and incident reporting.


• Retired Military personnel is an added advantage.
