Job Summary:



We are seeking a highly driven, strategic, and customer-oriented Business Development Executive to join our travel team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market reach. This role involves promoting our travel-related products/services to potential partners and clients, negotiating deals, and contributing to overall business growth. Strong communication skills, a knack for relationship-building, and a passion for the travel industry are key to success in this role.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the travel industry to drive revenue growth.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and corporate accounts.

  • Present and promote travel-related products and services to prospective clients based on business needs.

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company’s customer base and market presence.

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients and partners.

  • Maintain up-to-date records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions using CRM systems.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored travel solutions and ensure client satisfaction.

  • Meet or exceed business development goals and performance metrics.



Requirements:




  • Bsc/HND Certification. 

  • 2–5 years of experience in a business development or client acquisition role, preferably within the travel or hospitality industry.

  • Background in travel, tourism, or hospitality is an added advantage.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in CRM systems, sales enablement tools, and basic knowledge of travel platforms.
