Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain tractors and farm equipment


• Ensure timely ploughing, harrowing, planting, and harvesting


• Perform routine checks and basic repairs on machinery


• Adhere to safety protocols and fieldwork schedules


• Keep detailed activity logs and machine reports

Requirements:

• Prior experience in mechanized farming


• Understanding of agricultural equipment and operations


• Ability to work long hours, including weekends


• Good physical health and attention to detail


• Certifications in tractor operation are a plus
