Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation
Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets
Create compelling proposals and presentations for potential clients
Negotiate contracts and close deals with new and existing clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape
Develop business development strategies aligned with company goals
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery
Monitor and report on business development metrics and KPIs
Participate in strategic planning sessions and contribute to growth initiatives
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
Maintain and expand professional network within the media industry
Provide exceptional customer service and account management
Work closely with marketing and creative teams to develop client solutions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong understanding of media industry trends and digital marketing
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
