Position Overview




  • We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Officer to identify new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and contribute to our company’s growth objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the media industry.



Key Responsibilities




  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation

  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets

  • Create compelling proposals and presentations for potential clients

  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with new and existing clients

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers

  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape

  • Develop business development strategies aligned with company goals

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery

  • Monitor and report on business development metrics and KPIs

Required Qualifications




  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field

  • 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Strong understanding of media industry trends and digital marketing

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
