Job Description

• Coordinates EMS project schedules and ensures that they are delivered as at when due.


• Liaising with management to identify and define QMS project requirements, scope and objective.


• Monitor QMS project process and handle any issues that arise and communicate updates to top management.


• Act as the point of contact and communicate QMS project status to all participants.


• Create and maintain comprehensive QMS project documentation plans and reports.


• Document QMS project phases and create summary reports at management meetings for the company.


• See to it that all processes carried out by the organization are up to standard and of quality.


• Participate in key result areas and QMS KPI review processes to establish areas for improvement.


• Achieve planned reporting time in quality and timeliness.


• Coordinates OHSAS project schedules and ensures that they are delivered as when due.


• Liaising with management to identify and define OHSAS project requirements, scope and objectives.


• Monitor the OHSAS project process and handle any issues that arise and communicate updates to top management.


• Act as the point of contact and communicate OHSAS project status to all participants.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a BSc qualification with 2 - 5 years of work experience.
