Job Description

• Teach undergraduate courses, prepare lecture materials, assess students, supervise research, and engage in scholarly and departmental activities.

Requirements

• Academic Qualification: The candidate must possess a master’s degree in Mathematics. However, a master’s degree in Mathematics plus a postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE), Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE) or its equivalent is acceptable.


• Teaching Experience: The candidate must have taught Mathematics courses at tertiary education level for at least 2 years.


• Publications: The candidate must have at least 1 publication.

Remuneration

• Salary: COMPCASS/CET-3.


• Conditions of Service: All appointments are as applicable in the College Conditions and Schemes of Service and the Abia State Public Service.
