We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Hotel Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining service standards, optimizing hotel profitability, and ensuring smooth operations across all departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance.
Lead and manage all department heads to ensure high performance and guest satisfaction.
Monitor financial performance and manage budgets, revenue, and cost control to meet targets.
Develop and implement service standards, operating procedures, and staff training programs.
Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring excellent customer service.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations.
Coordinate marketing and promotional strategies to boost occupancy and revenue.
Prepare and present reports on occupancy, revenue, and operational efficiency to senior management.
Recruit, train, and evaluate hotel staff performance.
Maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
Minimum of 4-5 years proven experience in hotel management or a similar hospitality leadership role.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
In-depth knowledge of hotel operations and hospitality best practices.
Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
