About The Role

• We’re looking for a sharp, resourceful, and self-driven Video Content Creator to join our growing marketing team. You’ll be responsible for bringing the Carbon brand to life through high-quality video content for digital and social platforms. This is an executional role—focused on end-to-end video production, from filming and editing to graphics and final delivery.


• While your main responsibility is production, the ability to contribute to ideation or concept development is a welcome bonus.

What You’ll Do

• Bring ideas to life on screen: Produce and deliver engaging, high-quality video content for social media, digital campaigns, product explainers, and brand storytelling


• Own the full production process: Set up, shoot, edit, colour grade, and sound mix videos—solo or in collaboration with internal teams


• Create motion graphics and visual treatments that elevate our brand content


• Adapt static visuals and scripts into dynamic video formats that align with Carbon’s tone and goals


• Use AI tools to accelerate and enhance video production, from editing and voiceovers to animation and ideation support


• Ensure consistency with brand look and feel, even when working on diverse types of content


• Manage multiple timelines and deliverables, working efficiently and independently within a fast-paced environment

What We’re Looking For

• A strong portfolio of video work (especially digital-first content) that shows both craft and creativity


• Proficiency in video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve) and motion graphics tools (After Effects, etc.)


• Hands-on experience shooting with DSLRs or mirrorless cameras, including setting up lighting and sound


• Ability to design or adapt motion graphics and animated elements


• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g. Runway, Pika, Descript, ElevenLabs, Midjourney) to support editing, enhancement, and ideation


• Detail-oriented, with a sharp visual sense and clean editing style


• Collaborative and open to feedback, with strong time management skills


• Bonus: Experience in animation or 3D design


• Bonus: Comfort contributing to creative ideation or storyboarding, even if it’s not your core skill
