About the Role
- This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in sales, marketing, and client acquisition especially within the tech and digital services space.
- As a Marketing & Sales Executive, you’ll execute marketing campaigns, reaching out to prospects, managing follow-ups, and supporting lead generation efforts.
- You’ll work closely with the Wildfire team and get hands-on experience across multiple aspects of marketing and sales.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation:
- Identifying potential clients via online research, social media, and inbound leads.
Client Outreach:
- Execute email campaigns, WhatsApp follow-ups, cold messaging, and social media outreach to prospects.
Marketing Execution:
- Execute digital marketing campaigns across channels (email, social media, content posting) and events.
Sales Funnel Coordination:
- Set up and monitor the sales funnel, track leads, and update CRM tools or trackers with relevant data.
Market Research:
- Conduct basic competitor analysis, audience research, and track trends relevant to Wildfire’s services.
Reporting:
- Provide weekly updates on outreach efforts, lead status, and campaign performance.
Requirements
- Lagos NYSC corps member or recent graduate with strong internship experience in marketing, business development, or sales.
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken).
- Understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Self-driven, teachable, and eager to learn.
- Familiarity with Canva and Google Workspace is a plus.
- Must be available to work from our Ilupeju office at least 2–3 times a week.
