Key Responsibilities
Drive revenue, profitability, and market share across product lines and regions.
Lead cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain).
Develop and execute strategic plans, budgets, and performance targets.
Build strong customer and partner relationships to expand market presence.
Oversee day-to-day business operations for efficiency and compliance.
Foster a performance-driven culture with strong people development.
Requirements
10+ years in leadership roles, preferably in FMCG or food/cereal industry.
Proven P&L management and market expansion experience.
Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
Proficient in MS Office tools.
Willingness to travel across Nigeria and West Africa.
