Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both public and private sectors.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, SLA’s presentations, and tenders.
- Drive contract negotiations, oversee timelines, and secure deals in line with organizational objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor strategies.
- Collaborate with operations and security teams to design client-centric solutions.
- Maintain a database of leads, prospects, and client engagements.
- Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and networking functions.
- Increase overall sales efficiency and profitability through excellent salesmanship.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 – 2 years' experience in business development, preferably in the security or facility management sector.
- Proficiency in social media and marketing is considered an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong ability to analyse problems, develop effective strategies, and maintain keen attention to details.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
